We do not guarantee the absence of defects, pests, or future issues

3. Reports

Inspection reports:

Are prepared for the client who engaged the service
Should not be relied upon by third parties without written consent
Provide a professional opinion based on visible conditions

4. Limitations

Our services do not include:

Structural engineering assessments
Invasive or destructive testing
Guarantee of termite-free or defect-free property

Hidden or concealed issues may not be identified.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

W Inspect is not liable for indirect or consequential losses
Liability is limited to the cost of the inspection service

6. Payment Terms

Payment is required prior to or at the time of inspection unless otherwise agreed
Pricing varies based on property size, type, and location

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling
Fees may apply for late cancellations
